Active Family Junior
Dedicated programme for pre-schoolers of aged 4 to 6 years old and their parents/caregivers
Programme focus on fundamental movement skills development to promote bonding for both parent and child (4-6 years old) through a range of fun-filled activities and games, including Zumba Kids, Junior Skate Boarding, Frisbee and many more.
The Active Family series are available every weekend and conveniently located across the island for the whole family to get moving and make precious memories together!

Quick HIIT
Tone up your body fast
Led by professional trainers, Quick HIIT features short bursts of high intensity exercises that build muscles and burn calories in minimum time.
These free weekly group exercises feature a variety of total body workouts that include callisthenics and bodyweight exercises.
Work your core, upper and lower body muscles to improve fitness level and increase energy expenditure to either achieve a healthy bodyweight or train for your IPPT.

Sunrise In The City
Energise weekday mornings, lunch breaks or lazy weekends
Designed to provide working adults an opportunity to kick-start their workday with an invigorating workout, Sunrise in the City is a studio-gym based workout programme that was traditionally held in the mornings, but now includes lunchtime and weekend sessions.
Try more than 60 types of free workouts, including aerobic dance fitness, mind-body programmes, strength and conditioning workouts, HIIT, Body Combat, and Jumping Fitness at over 30 different locations islandwide.

Community Physical Activity Programmes
Workouts in the community to stay active and healthy
HPB collaborates with the community partners to organise free workout sessions at various community venues islandwide. The programme provides opportunities for residents to stay active through a wide range of exercises and bond with their family and friends. It features a variety of activities such as Zumba, Cardio Dance, K-PopX Fitness, Piloxing, Kickboxing, Masala Bhangra and more.

National Steps Challenge™
The National Steps Challenge™ is the world’s first population level fitness tracker-based physical activity initiative that encourages Singaporeans to move more. By leveraging behavioural insights and technology, the Challenge encourages Singaporeans to take more steps and clock Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity daily as part of their everyday lives, and rewarding them for sustained behavioural change when they reach different physical activity milestones. Participants can also look forward to exciting sub-challenges and thematic challenges – all geared towards making moving more fun!
