Designed for companies who are looking at achieving specific health goals among their employees, the Advanced Package offers a wide selection of targeted interventions, ranging from conventional to innovative solutions.
Advanced Package interventions include:
- Weight management
- Chronic disease management, and
- Smoking cessation
Companies may choose to implement one or more of the health areas under the Advanced Package.
Co-funding is based on per pax basis and applicable to the total number of unique participants with 3 times engagement during the programme.
